Transfer case LOW gearset

The gearset is made of reinforced steel like any other of our parts. High quality with no room for mistakes.

By changing the gearset in your Volvo transfer case, the achieved ratio will now be 3.5:1, not the usual 2:1.

The normal 4wd driving mode (4 high) stays the same so you can achieve a normal speed on the road while having an even better performance off the road.

Combined with our 5,15:1 ring and pinion, the road performance will be upgraded (faster vehicle) and the off road performance will be as original.

Portal gears (drop gears)

After we encountered some problems with some aftermarket and original drop (portal) gears, we decided to produce our own prototype.
Compared to original or other aftermarket gears (16:33), we calculated a different module which makes the tooth ratio 13:27. The plan was to increase tooth surface and thickness. And we did it!!!

Paired with quality forging – we get one more product of amazing quality.

P.s. A question we received was this: “what if I break it, can I use a pair of original gears as a temporary spare part?”
Answer. Yes, you can, the ratio is identical as original, but dont worry will not break it…

AXLE HOUSING, here we are talking about a set of Volvo axles housings in great condition. We take it apart, sandblast everything, check everything, change all the small expendable parts (such as orings, bolts, bearings), paint it, take off all the mounts and make it mint, like new.

DISC BRAKES conversion, we don’t have to talk about this too much. This is what you need for sure. Here we are talking about a set of custom made disc brake conversion. We don’t use a Toyota conversion or anything like that.

CV JOINTS, made by RCV.

AIR ACTUATORS FOR LOCKERS, for sure, this is a great thing, it engages the difflock right away, you need an air compressor to use it. It is a small price to pay to get fast and high performance.

LOCKER CUPS, performance racing.

HALFSHAFTS, nothing special to say, as we all know. Probably step 1 in any differential/axle upgrade.

CV JOINT BOOTS, we have to change that. Impossible to find new of the same material like originals used to be. We have ours made of better composite rubber and we have no problems at all.

RING AND PINIONS, performance racing parts, available in three ratios.

SPYDER GEARS, this is the top performance part that is absolutely indestructible.

PORTAL GEARS, slightly different than you are used to. Trust us, this one’s indestructible!

Reinforced wheel hubs

We mass produce portal hubs for our disc brake conversion. However, we can also make this based on your measures. Stock Volvo dimensions also available.

The problem with this is that various dimensions of hubs are needed often. Our hubs are made of a single part of steel – CNC fabricated, no welds. The bigger the diameter is, the higher the price is – material is expensive.

So please contact us with your measures so we can quote you a price.

Reinforced spyder gears housing

Our spyder housing is different. It is stronger and made for racing. This was a very important part for a lot of our wins, including the success of the winning (Maxxis Club Malaysia) 119 car at the Rainforest Challenge 2016, 2017.

Lately, we have seen a few copies of the spyder gears we offer. Note that the Spyder gears made by us have a CROSS inside connecting 6 gears all together. The outer design is like in the photo below.
